- Service Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for a scheduled service without prior notice, you may be charged the full cost of the service.
- Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
Refund Policy
- Service Refunds: Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days to request a refund. We may ask for additional information to process your request.
